Designed in 2001 this garden apartment project was based on a lodge style which suited the local architecture as it was located within 5 miles of Sweetwater Creek State Park. Located in a beautiful natural setting this project had a new design technique with the truss structural system for the floors of the project. It was one of the first projects where I used a carriage house design to get the density required by the developer.
