Constructed in 2000 this low density condominium provided a townhome, a three bedroom condominium and a two bedroom condominium unit with separate garages. Circulation was key in the development of this design due to the fact that each stairway into the garage needed to cross each zone of the other units which created difficult fire rating conditions.
