Project information:

Designed in 1997 this project is a 30,000 sq.ft. three story office building. I was involved in the late stages of the construction document phase and managed the construction administration. This property had a bonus design feature as the land in front of the building is city property and was adopted as a partnership between the city and our client to develop it into a city park.
